Nazma has been amazing during my first time home buyers journey. Nazma is professional but more importantly, very personable and patient. Nazma has been available and present throughout the whole process. When my calls, texts, or emails with questions or concerns that I had vwould go unanswered from the parties involved with my homebuying process, Nazma would take care of it and make sure my concerns were addressed immediately. Nazma has NEVER missed any appointments and was at my side to support me even for the appointments that didn’t necessarily involve her. When it was time for me to close, I wanted to switch brokers because the broker I had was not the right fit for me and didn’t have my best interests at heart. Although Nazma advised that I not change brokers so late into the process because I could lose out, Nazma always made it clear that she supported me on whichever decision I made while continuously reiterating that I’m her client and I’m all that matters. Needless to say, once I switched lenders, it only took 2 weeks for the whole process and for me to close. Overall, I highly recommend Nazma to anyone looking for a property and I would personally use her again.
